Obituary for Violet Lee Kincaid
Violet Lee Kincaid, 58, died August 13, 2018.
Violet Lee “Bobbie” Kincaid was born on March 11, 1960 in Memphis, TN. She was the fourth child of the union of Hollis and Verneda Hobson woods.
She rededicated her life to Christ. Violet united with Power for Living of Millington where she worshipped Christ until her health failed.
She worked at Tennessee Probation Parole for over twenty years of faithful service. However, she worked at MLGW as her last place of employment. She was a joy to her family, a delight to her friends, and a source of inspiration to her co-workers.
At 12:03 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018, God opened his arms and said to her well done my child, come home and rest. Cherishing the blessed memories of Violet is her son, William; daughter, Ayana, both of Memphis; a brother, Bernard (Wendy) Harris of Huntsville, AL; three sisters, Dorlene (Nathaniel) Todd, Mary Harmon, and Shelia Walker, all of Memphis, TN. She leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
She will be missed by many!
