Tredina Yvette Lucas was born on October 17, 1961 to Bennie Young and James-Elbert Young in Memphis, TN. She accepted our heavenly Father and was baptized as a young girl at Shiloh Baptist Church. In her later years she joined Word of Life SDA Church, where she was a faithful member and servant for over 20 years. She leaves her well beloved son Treveco DeQuan Lucas, her well beloved daughter, Rickia LaTreese Lucas, and her grandson Ean M. Jones “EJ” to cherish her legacy. Additionally Her fiancé, Floyd Taylor and three extended children. Furthermore, she leaves three sisters Gloria Holmes, Sharon Batts, Rose Marie Wilson and one sister Sheila Jones-Austin preceded her in death. Four brothers Marcus (Jackie), Dexter, Stafford, and Cedric. Four brothers also preceded her in death (Jeffrey, Jerome, Charles, and James). She also leaves 19 immediate nieces and nephews (Lawanda, Demario, James Jr. “Pooh”, Calico, Lakaris, Dana “DJ”, Chris, Kendria, LaTara, Dashar, Markesh, Tiffany, Joseph, Dexter Jr., Octavius, Datris, Cedric Jr., Cordez, Kevion) and a large host of aunties, cousins additional nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, family, and friends who will cherish her memory and beautiful legacy forever.
