Obituaries
Terry Taylor was born December 4, 1959 to the late Amanda Elizabeth Taylor. He confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Gray's Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Arlington, Tennessee.
He attended Collierville High School and graduated in 1977. He relocated to Los Angeles, California in 1990 to continue a career with FedEx.
Terry was a member of City of Refuge/Noel Ministry in Gardena, California; his favorite CD was "Hold onto Hope it's not Over". Terry was highly favored by every one. He was comical, carrismatic, a celebrity dresser, and just an all around super guy.
He leaves to cherish his memories, silblings, L.T. Taylor (Johnnie), Larry Taylor, Curtis Taylor, Barry Taylor, (Fedora), Charles Taylor, Scottie Taylor (Kim), and Neoritha Humphrey. He has three very special paternal relatives, Savannah, Molly and Mattie Bea. Siblings that preceded in death are, Steven Taylor, Albert Taylor, Norma Jean Taylor, Michael Taylor. He has one God child, Taylin Humphrey. He will be intensly missed by the matriach of the family, his aunt, Mary Ann Evans of Memphis, Tn, cousins, Annette Gwinn of St. Louis, Mo.and Sadie Bea of Chicago, ill. Terry has a host of nieces and nephews, cousins , friends and relatives as well an extended family in California. He will be memorialized there as well.
Visitation from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016, and service at 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 17, 2016 both at Greater Pleasant Hill Church, 3077 Johnson Avenue. Burial at First Baptist Church Cemetery, Eads, TN
