Ms. Sherita C. Dodson was born January 10, 1976 to Evelyn Jones nd the late Thomas Powell in Memphis, TN. Sherita transitioned from this earthly life on January 14, 2020, surrounded by family.
Sherita attended Jefferson Elem. In Somerville, TN. She continued her education in Shelby County graduating from Trezevant High School, May 1994, after which she eagerly started employment with several retail stores working her way up to management.
Sherita later confessed her life to Christ at A Worship Experience Christian Center where she remained a faithful member.
Sherita leaves to cherish her memories, her Mother, Evelyn D. Jones, a daughter, Tiara Dodson, two sons, Nicholas Dodson and Marcus Mays, Jr. three sisters, Kawansa Jones, Leslie Pirtle (Bells TN), Janet (Chris) Render (GA), one granddaughter Kai Marie Wooten, a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins who will miss her dearly.
