Obituaries
Juliet Alexander, affectionately known as “Judy” was born to the union of the late Ada and Joseph Owens, Sr. on October 10, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee.
She accepted Christ as her personal Savior as a child. Judy was a faithful member serving as a greeter at the Temple of Deliverance.
Judy was united in holy matrimony to Reginald Alexander on March 2, 2002. Not only did they host many family gatherings throughout the years, they also enjoyed traveling together. They gave willing, consistently and lovingly as they served God. “Together, they were a TEAM on one Mission”.
Judy graduated from Westwood High School in 1987, and attended college where she studied accounting. She was employed as a Credit Account Manager at MCR. Judy was truly a woman to be admired. For those who knew her, she was a strong, focused, and determined woman. Her loving, kind thoughtful ways caused many to love her more. Her funny, bubbly personality was contagious, and her beautiful smile always lifted your spirit. She believed in celebrating family, and life itself, but most importantly she believed in celebrating Jesus Christ.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Reginald Alexander; children, John, Jr. Bland, Justin Bland and Lashundra Alexander; grandchildren, Sheterrika and Jakerion Bland, Landen, Logan, Lauren, and Leah Alexander; siblings, Dianna (Harry) Sullivan, Vickley Fountain, Paulette Givands, Senetta (Richard) Conner, Alfred and Joseph Owens; father-in-law, Samuel Alexander; mother-in-law, Margie Alexander; brothers-in-law, Patrick Alexander, Kenneth (Beverly) Alexander; sisters-in-law, Stacey Turner, Paula Hill, Kimberly Alexander; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will never forget her dedication, loving spirit and faithfulness.
