Fred Doug Talley Sr. was born on July 28, 1948 in Holly Springs, MS to the late Inez Talley and Gennie Thomas. He departed this life on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. He attended Capleville High School in Memphis, TN and later became well known as an auto mechanic. He was married to the late Willett Finley Talley. He was preceded in death by his four children, Fred D. Talley, Jr, Eddie D. Anderson, Robert E. Talley, and Teresa A. Anderson; his six brothers, and four sisters. He leaves to cherish his memories: his grandchildren, D’Angelo Love, Robert Talley, Jr., Vaterrence Anderson, LaQuisha Anderson, LaTina Anderson, and Carmetria Miller; three brothers Charles Talley, Sr. (Paquita), Sam R. Talley, Sr. (Francine), Frank Thomas; six sisters Mary Talley, Martha Stevenson, Ethel M. Jackson (Glenzell Sr.), Queen E. Talley, Julia Williams, and Grace Thomas; one aunt Eloyse Carney, seven great -grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
