Floyd Kevin Harvey, 59, died October 17, 2018.
Floyd Kevin Harvey was born November 14, 1958 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Joe Frank and Alva Jean Harvey. He was the third child of five children.
He was a devoted father of three children, a brother, an uncle and Papa. He was a chef, a loyal Dallas Cowboy fan, a fisherman, a friend and a child of God.
He departed this life Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Floyd Kevin Harvey surrendered his life to Christ in his late thirties. He was a faithful member of Right Direction Christian Ministries. He was a chef at the famous Jim’s Place East for many years. He retired from Kroger where he was the manager of the Bistro department.
He leaves to mourn his homegoing one son, Derrick Keale Harvey; two daughters, DeAnna Daranique Harvey, and Keshia Darnell Fields (Terrance); four grandchildren, Keon Lanier Fields, Ca’Lynn Madisyn Lowe, Keyona Kaytee Fields and Kingston Lanier Fields; and four siblings, Lionel Maurice Harvey, Sheila Kaye Taylor (Robert), Pamela Joyce Caviel (Paul) and Paula Michelle Niter. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to mourn his passing.
