Mr. Daryl Reed Powers, 62, passed away February 7, 2026, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. A funeral service will be held Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Serenity Funeral Home (1638 Sycamore View Rd Memphis, Tn 38134).
Mr. Powers was born July 13, 1964, in Memphis, TN. He was known for being a hard worker and enjoyed being under the hood of a car. Mr. Powers had an enormous heart for his family and friends. He was a vast Florida Gators fan. Mr. Powers had a love for the beach, spending time with his children and grand kids, and going to auctions every Saturday. Mr. Powers had a sense of humor; he loved to make people laugh. Mr. Powers would always make fun of people but, if he did it meant he liked you. Mr. Powers always made an impression on everyone he was around.
Mr. Powers is survived by his wife, Rosann Powers of Memphis, Tn; two sons, Jimmy Sollux of Oakland, TN; Marcus (Angela) Powers of Olive Branch, MS; One daughter, Alexis Powers of Oxford, MS; five granddaughters, Kaylee Powers and Daisi Powers, both of Olive Branch, MS; Abby White, Gabby White, and Haliey White of Memphis, TN; One grandson Jimmy White of Memphis, TN; two brothers, Keith Powers of Bartlett, TN; Billy Powers of Mumford, TN.
Mr. Powers was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Powers; his parents Bobby Powers and Peggy Powers.
Even though he is no longer with us, his love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him and loved him.
