Danny Herbert Duke, age 59, died August 1, 2023.
Danny Duke, 59, of Memphis, Tenn. died Monday, august 1, 2023. He was a United States Navy veteran and a boiler technician at the VA Hospital in Memphis .
Services will be held Friday, August 11 at Serenity Funeral Home in Memphis, Tenn. with visitation at 9 a.m. and services at 10 a.m. Burial will follow atFree Springs United Methodist Church cemetery in Harmontown, Miss. Rev. John Maki will officiate.
He leaves a sister, Linda Jones of Laws Hill, a brother, Dennis Duke of Memphis, a nirce Dana Jones, nephew Kristian Jones, both of Laws Hill, two nieces, Merideth Chalk (Tim) of Coldwater, Remy Young (Mitchell) of Oxford, and a great nephew Shepard Chalk, a great niece Ruby June Chalk, both of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Thelma Duke and two sisters, Peggy Bennett and Jackie Presson.
