Christopher Cannon was born July 15th, 1960 in Mobile, AL to the late Allen Cannon, Jr and Ophelia Saunders. He transitioned Saturday June 13th, 2020 at the tender age of 59. He was preceded in death by siblings: Frances Ramona Cannon (sister), Herman Cannon (brother), Elaine Edwards (sister) and Gail Cannon (sister). He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age under the leadership of Bishop Philemon Turner Sr. at Lords Tabernacle Holiness Church in Orange Mound, TN. He served Christ in multiple capacities for many years.

He graduated from Melrose High School located in Memphis, TN while excelling in all areas of study, earning his diploma. During his early years he enjoyed working hand and hand with is late father learning about cars, auto mechanics, and later developed a hobby for fixing cars and selling them. He was a music lover, who enjoyed dancing, high fashion, and known to be a great debater. Because of his high energy and electrifying personality, he was also known to be the life of any party and the loudest person in the room. (Smile) Christopher Cannon Sr. was a proud father of five loving children, and grandfather of two adorable grandsons. He enjoyed passing time with his family and telling stories of his childhood. Christopher never missed an opportunity to say I love you.

He leaves to cherish his memories four devoted sons, one daughter, and a beloved sister and brothers: Christopher Cannon Jr. (Lil. Chris) Jeremy Cannon (Larhonda); Justin Cannon; Amber Trenise Adams (Daughter); Jordan Cannon; two grandsons: Harlem Cannon (grandson) Hendrix Cannon (grandson); all of Memphis, TN. Siblings: his sister; Stephanie Lett of Mobile, AL; brothers Edward Cannon of Memphis, TN; Stevie Cannon of Fort Smith, AR; Jonathan Hunt of Palmdale, California. Also leaves to cherish his memories is a host of loved ones, relatives, friends, and the Orange Mound Community (Belt Line).
