Charles Edward Arnold was born to Martha Carolyn Arnold and Jeremiah Wilkins on November 1, 1967 in Memphis, Tennessee. He transitioned to is heavenly home on September 2, 2020.
Charles accepted Christ at an early age at Emmanuel Baptist church under the leadership of the late Reverend Walter E. Ragsdale. He later united with Greater St. Thomas Missionary Baptist church. He was a faithful servant who wore many hats within the church.
He attended Carnes Elementary, Humes Jr. High and graduated from Northside High class of 1986. Upon graduating he attended Midsouth Bible College.
Charles was a fun-loving family man and friend. He was affectionately known as “Uncle Charles” to his family and extended family whom he loved and claimed as his own. To list the names of the lives he touched would be endless.
He is survived by his sisters: Nedra, Regina, Janice and Tammy; brothers: Anthony, Kalvin, Shawn, Monterrieo, Lonnie, Tony and Jerry; his nephews Carlos, Jeremy and Jamal; his aunt Ruth; uncles: Tommy and Jack, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and “adopted” family.
He will always be remembered as the historian of our family. We love you!!!
